We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join the Unipart team at JCB Heavy Products, Uttoxeter. In this role, you'll be part of a friendly and supportive team, helping to deliver excellence in warehouse operations with a strong focus on accuracy skills. You'll receive full training and ongoing support from our dedicated on-site management team to help you thrive and grow in the role.
Operations Administrator - Details:
Salary: £13.67 per hour
Overtime: £20.50 per hour
Location: Unipart Team at JCB, Cab Factory, The Mill, Uttoxeter, ST14 5DX
Shifts: Monday Thursday 06:00-15:00, Friday 06:00-11:00
Start Date: Immediate starts available

As an Operations Administrator, you will:
Produce and maintain daily Comm Cell KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting and insightful analysis to drive continuous improvement in line with the Unipart Way.
Manage booking queries, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution and seamless operations.
Maintain confidentiality and organization of personal files in compliance with data protection policies.
Work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial, using the SAP system where errors could impact production.
Support operations both on-site and across the wider business as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient office operations by managing and coordinating activities, resources, and systems.
Monitor the booking queries log and liaise with departments to close queries efficiently.
Analyse international receipts for deliveries into the East Midlands gateway warehouse to ensure all records match across external and internal systems.
Handle and produce KPIs via Comm Cell, organize personal files, and create communications for display on Comm Cells and Visual Boards.
Promote a health-and-safety-first culture and follow all site safety policies.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and quality.
Work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
