Organisational Change Manager (12-18 months FTC or Interim) – SAP S/4 HANA Business Transformation Programme


Refresco UK - Head Office - Kegworth, Leicestershire (just off Junction 24 of the M1)


Hybrid - 2 days per week from home, with occasional travel to our other UK sites.


Refresco, the world’s leading independent soft drinks producer, seeks an expert Organisational Change Manager working as an integral part of the Refresco UK SAP Implementation Programme Team, to develop and implement change management strategies that maximise employee adoption and usage of a single ERP application landscape (SAP S/4HANA) and standard business processes.


You will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a transformational programme which will allow Refresco UK to move to a ‘one business’ approach to our core systems, processes, data and reporting.
