Technology Cost Finance Business Partner
Location - Manchester or Peterborough (Hybrid 2 days per week)
The Opportunity
Markerstudy Insurance Group is looking for a commercially focused Technology Cost Finance Business Partner to play a key role in shaping how we understand, manage, and optimise our technology spend.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Change and Finance, providing clear insight into cost performance, supporting strategic investment decisions, and driving tangible EBITDA improvements across the Group.

What You'll Be Doing
Business Partnering & Insight
* Partner with Technology and Change leaders to provide meaningful financial insight and challenge
* Deliver clear, concise reporting and commentary to support decision-making
* Build strong relationships across the business to become a trusted advisor
Planning, Forecasting & Performance
1. Lead budgeting and forecasting across technology costs (FTE, non-staff and project spend)
