Working in our Leicester City Centre Head Office, you willsupport our busy team with the smooth running of candidate and client operations. Key Responsibilities: Timely and accurate data entry of candidate and client information into our CRM systems Manage payroll processing for temporary workers, ensuring compliance and accuracy Draft, send, and follow up on invoices and payment tracking Coordinate emails, interviews, and schedules using Microsoft Outlook Provide day-to-day administrative support to recruiters and consultants What Were Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative role within a recruitment agency or similar environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive, team-player attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure What We Offer: A collaborative and energetic team culture Clear career progression opportunities Training and development support Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am 5:00pm | Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm
