Responsibilities
About the role
* Scale Emma's affiliate program by forming direct partnerships with amazing organisations
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and opportunities
* Design promotional campaigns across partners with the ultimate goal of acquiring more customers
* Lead Emma in the employee benefits space as a financial wellbeing app
* Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting
* Work with the broader marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages
Who We Are Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in a partnership/sales/business development or heavy outbounds related role
* An excellent understanding of digital data analytics
* You want to be part of an amazing team
* You are excited by what we're building at Emma and have an interest in budgeting
* Go getter / hustler mentality
