We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our Field Services team, committed to enabling people to be their best.
What does this role involve?
Utilita's Field Services team is award-winning in Smart Meter installation. As a Field Service Compliance Auditor, you will play a key role in maintaining this standard.
Day to day, you will:
1. Conduct field audits on employed and contracted engineers and provide feedback;
2. Offer coaching to motivate your allocated field engineers to excel in performance;
3. Ensure that gas and electric meters are installed in accordance with industry legislation and Utilita's procedures;
4. Report the progress of engineers to the Compliance Manager to help ensure monthly audit KPIs are met.
Who are we looking for?
You should have up-to-date experience in installing and repairing smart meters, with a good understanding of relevant British Standards and industry regulations.
Accurate recording of information is key; therefore, you will have good written and verbal communication skills. You should be confident in delivering feedback, remaining approachable and engaging.
Successful candidates will hold:
* CCN1, MET1, or equivalent
* National PTO from NSAP
* Electric PTO
* 3-phase electric & medium pressure gas (training will be provided if needed)
Your role involves accessing customers' homes, so some enhanced security vetting will be required.
