Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join primary schools in the NP44 area as Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is new to education and eager to begin a rewarding, meaningful career working with children.
About the Role:
* Support pupils in the classroom with day-to-day learning activities.
* Work under the guidance of experienced teachers and support staff.
* Provide 1:1 or small-group support to pupils who need extra encouragement.
* Help create an inclusive, positive and engaging learning environment.
* Build confidence, independence and engagement in learners across the school.
Ideal Candidate:
* Caring, patient and enthusiastic.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
* Any experience with children (schools, coaching, volunteering, childcare) is helpful but not essential.
* A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
