Responsibilities:
* Own the content strategy and deliverables for your designated product focus
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to craft clear, concise microcopy that supports user flows
* Review user experiences and provide feedback to improve UI/UX design
* Write Help Center articles including how-to’s, tutorials, and best practices
* Create in‑product assistance such as walkthroughs, tooltips, and contextual help
* Track feedback channels to identify user needs, evaluate content performance, and shape priorities
* Stay current on industry trends and apply new approaches for a global audience
* Implement a Chameleon writing style - a proven ability to modify ones tone and voice to match the customer and use case
* Ability to manage and prioritize your tasks with input from outside stakeholders
* 5+ years of experience in microcopy/UX and Help center content
* Working experience producing user documentation, including guides, tutorials, and best‑practice articles according to team standards
* Mother Tongue English
