Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead and support the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 across multiple business locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level Dynamics 365 solutions, including Finance & Operations (F&O), Sales, Customer Service, and/or Supply Chain modules. This role requires strong functional and technical knowledge, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-site rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) across multiple business units and geographic locations.
* Analyse business processes and requirements to design scalable D365 solutions that align with organizational goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, etc.) to gather requirements, define system configuration, and validate solutions.
* Develop and execute test plans, user training, and change management initiatives.
* Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners or vendors.
* Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous system optimization.
* Stay updated on new features and functionalities in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and recommend enhancements as appropriate.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in project managing and/or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
* Proven experience delivering multi-site or multi-country D365 deployments.
* Strong knowledge of at least two of the following modules: Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management.
* Solid understanding of ERP/CRM business processes and integration points.
* Experience with data migration, system integration (e.g., Azure, Power Platform), and reporting tools (Power BI a plus).
* Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to travel to different company locations as required.
