We’re Hiring: Recruitment Resourcer

We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Resourcer to support a key client account in a busy, fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organised, proactive, and confident managing people, compliance, and day-to-day recruitment support.

The role:

Supporting and managing a key client account

Sourcing, coordinating, and supporting candidates

Being a main point of contact for workers and client queries

Managing all compliance, checks, and documentation

Coordinating training and site requirements

Working at pace to meet client demands

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment

High attention to detail, particularly with compliance

A proactive, can-do attitude

Recruitment or resourcing experience is an advantage, but not essential

Drivers licence preferred

Training & On-Call:

Full training provided

1 week on-call per month (24 hours) – flexibility and reliability required
