Support Worker
We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for Complex Support Worker Roles in Enniskillen

The people we support are adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or complex needs.
Support 1-1 & 2-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
Personal care support is required.
Shift patterns include days, evenings, sleep nights, waking nights, weekends and bank holidays.
This is within a supported living service
Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
