The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
2. Work with small groups and on a one-to-one basis with pupils
3. Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and activities
4. Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
5. Support pupils with additional needs where required
Requirements
6. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
7. Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
8. A patient, caring, and proactive approach
9. Strong communication and teamwork skills
10. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
