GSL Education are delighted to appoint a committed Geography Teacher for schools located across Sheffield’s S2 and S3 areas, inspiring learners through lessons that explore physical and human geography and strengthen critical thinking. As a Geography Teacher, you will plan structured lessons, encourage enquiry-based learning, and create an environment where students can explore geographical concepts confidently. Core Responsibilities: Deliver well-prepared lessons across a range of geographical topics. Support students in developing map skills, data interpretation, and analytical thinking. Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment. Provide constructive feedback to help pupils progress. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the geography curriculum. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge and experience as a Geography Teacher. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). A professional approach to safeguarding and student welfare.
