The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs, work in progress, and final deliverables within the Image team.
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
Description
This role covers 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, requiring a dedicated point of contact for each specialist area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, with strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The role demands high competency in project management, multitasking across diverse deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization based on business priorities, and clear communication with clients and internal teams are essential to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from various business units and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Build positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to prioritize effectively.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Learn all client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, maintaining daily job status updates.
* Keep the team informed about project statuses and motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are detailed and accurate, with all necessary assets provided.
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
* Present and secure approval for estimates before starting work.
* Issue invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A strong interest in CG or photography and willingness to learn relevant software are advantageous. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
