Our client is a busy main dealership looking to recruit an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to run their service department.
Responsibilities include:
* Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations
* Review CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction
* Challenge and drive the performance of the Service department staff
* Manage, coach, and motivate your team to build long-term staff satisfaction and potential progression
* Control costs for the department
* Monitor performance against agreed targets / budgets
* Control the recruitment process, as required
* Perform performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and implement targeted marketing activity
* Review Service KPIs regularly to track performance and identify trends
Candidate requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a successful track record
* Strong leadership skills and ability to be an ambassador for the Brand and Dealer group
* Demonstrable stable career path
