Salary: £110 - £125
Key responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons across year groups.
* Work closely with students to boost confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
* Deliver lessons, assess student progress, and take on a more advanced role in planning and teaching.
* Lead small group sessions and interventions to support academic progress.
* Provide tailored support for children with additional learning needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience working with children in an educational setting.
* A passion for supporting young learners in their academic and personal development.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to education.
* Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.
