Our model of service delivery relies on having a diverse pool of qualified, skilled, and reliable freelance Outdoor Practitioners Associate Outdoor Practitioners to work alongside our teams to deliver outdoor and adventurous activities in communities and Wilderness Journeys. It is vital that all our Associate Outdoor Practitioners feel supported and valued by Venture Trust and we believe that providing all our Associates with a consistent, thorough induction programme and ongoing mentoring and support is central to this. In Venture Trust, a unique therapeutic approach underpins our work, and we are committed to enabling all our Associate Outdoor Practitioners to understand the principles of this approach and how to apply it in practice for the benefit of our participants.
