Construction – Non Contentious Associate Solicitor
Bristol
An opportunity for an Associate Solicitor to join a Legal 100 law firm in Bristol to advise on high-profile construction and infrastructure transactions. The role is suited to a Solicitor (3+ PQE) with experience in transactional construction projects who can work independently, manage complex deals and advise on landmark developments.
What you'll do:
\n
* Lead construction transactions for developers, investors, contractors and funders
* Draft, negotiate and advise on JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts, including collateral warranties and parent company guarantees
* Conduct risk due diligence and provide commercial solutions
* Develop a niche in key sectors such as renewable energy, development and Islamic finance

About You:

* 3+ years PQE with experience in construction transactions
* Confident managing complex projects independently
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
