<div><h3>Overview</h3><p><b>Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive</b></p><p><b>Location:</b> Bristol & Somerset</p><p>Im working with a well-regarded regional firm thats looking to strengthen its Dispute Resolution team with an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 5 years PQE in one or more of the following areas: contentious probate, property litigation, professional negligence, or commercial contract claims.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Join a close-knit, established Dispute Resolution team with a strong client base across Bristol and Somerset.</li><li>Manage a varied but manageable caseload with direct client contact and the autonomy to run files with minimal supervision.</li><li>Support Partners with the continued growth and development of the department.</li></ul><h3>Candidate profile / Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Ideally a confident communicator with solid IT skills.</li><li>Proactive, solutions-focused approach.</li><li>At least 5 years PQE in one or more of: contentious probate, property litigation, professional negligence, or commercial contract claims.</li></ul><h3>Benefits and employer expectations</h3><p>In return, youll benefit from early opportunities for progression, a collaborative working culture, and a competitive salary package tailored to your experience.
