The role Delivery Manager - Transformation Programme At Southern Housing, we're on an ambitious journey to transform how we deliver services for our residents and communities. We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead high-impact transformation across our organisation -driving delivery, removing blockers, and bringing teams together to achieve real outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Transformation Programme, you'll be the driving force behind delivery bringing clarity, pace and structure to complex programmes. You will lead and develop a team of Project and Programme Managers supporting them to ensure delivery of a large portfolio of transformation initiatives, ensuring strong governance, clear planning, and consistent execution. From managing risks, dependencies and budgets to removing blockers and aligning teams, you'll ensure we stay focused, on track and delivering value at every stage. This is a role for someone who thrives on getting things done, someone who can bring people together, lead with confidence and deliver at pace, while embedding strong governance and best practice. If you're passionate about transforming services, leading high-performing teams and have a proven track record delivering complex, high-impact programmes at scale we'd love to hear from you. You'll be based at one of our main offices in either Farringdon or Sittingbourne, with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager. What you'll need Proven delivery of complex high-impact programmes with strong planning and governance. Strong people leadership developing capability and leading high-performing, engaged teams. Robust delivery management - strong expertise in planning, dependencies, RAID, and 90-day horizon planning. Stakeholder engagement and influence - strong ability to engage, align, and influence across all levels. Collaboration across technology and data - experience delivering transformation outcomes. Commercial and performance management - managing financial targets, efficiencies, and risks.
