Overview
My client is seeking an experienced Italian-speaking administrator with strong customer service skills. The successful candidate will use their Italian language skills (written and verbal) to provide a seamless and professional service to clients.
Responsibilities
* Provide high level customer service via email and phone in Italian and English as required.
* Perform administrative tasks using MS Office.
* Maintain professional, personable front-office presence.

* Location: St Albans
* Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Contract: Temporary for 12 weeks with potential to permanent on probation
* Salary: £27,000 per annum
Qualifications
* Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
* Strong customer service background
* Proven administrative experience and stability of employment
* Proficient in MS Office
