About Your Role
As a key player in our team, you'll support the Performance Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels, including:
* Paid Search
* Social Media
* Display Advertising
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting keyword research and creating compelling ad copy.
* Setting audience targeting to ensure strong campaign performance.
* Collaborating with our paid media agency and internal teams.
* Monitoring daily metrics and recommending adjustments.
* Aligning campaigns with brand and marketing objectives.
* Analyzing performance data to improve key metrics like CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
* Contributing to A/B testing and staying updated on the latest trends in performance marketing.
Essential Criteria
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Over two years of experience in performance marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
* Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* A solid understanding of core performance marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimization techniques.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics to interpret data.
* The ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Marketing qualifications like a CIM Certificate (preferred but not essential).

You are a passionate marketer with:
* Hands-on experience in performance marketing and familiarity with key platforms.
* A deep understanding of performance metrics and effective campaign optimization.
* A strong analytical mindset, comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
