Role: Deputy Service Lead Location: Liverpool (Hybrid) Role Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Deputy Service Lead to assist in managing our adult services throughout Liverpool, which include a care home for individuals with acquired brain injuries, a supported living facility, and a community support day program. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Service Lead to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in all environments. You will oversee a team of Team Leaders, upholding the standards and values of Nugent within the Liverpool City Region. The Deputy Service Lead will oversee the daily management of services, ensure compliance with regulations, serve as the Registered Manager when necessary, and empower staff to achieve optimal outcomes for those we serve. Deputies will represent the Service Lead as needed and play a key role in achieving strategic goals. Experience & Skills of a Deputy service Lead: * The ideal candidate will have experience in adult social care and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support. * You will bring strong leadership skills, a good understanding of CQC standards, and the ability to work across multiple settings. * We're looking for someone who is organised, compassionate, and confident in supporting both staff and individuals with complex needs. * A Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential, with Level 5 or a willingness to work towards it preferred.
