Overview
Join to apply for the Insurance Account Handler role at The Ardonagh Group in East Grinstead. This position offers Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends).
Responsibilities
* Support a designated client portfolio as the first point of contact.
* Build strong relationships with clients and assist with queries as they arise.
* Provide high-quality customer service and, where appropriate, contribute to sales through relationship management.
What we’re looking for
* Some experience in the Insurance Industry is essential.
* Ability to bring your best self to work every day to give clients the best possible experience.
* Proactive, use your initiative and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Willingness to learn and curiosity; opportunities to gain qualifications are available.
* Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and in person; some customer service experience is important.
* Team-oriented, positive, collaborative, and resilient to adapt to change.
* Demonstrate honesty and integrity.
