The role
We have set an ambitious roadmap driven by a multi-product strategy and we’re now looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help us take our product to the next level. Our AI-driven platform offers powerful functionality that drives excellent results, but it needs to be simple, easy to use and accessible. We’re also rolling out additional products alongside new ways to embed AI as part of the wider experience.

From discovery to delivery to iteration, we’re looking for someone who can embrace innovative technologies and deliver design at pace. It’s an opportunity to reimagine our user experience as we evolve our product for the AI era.
Responsibilities:
1. Champion a user-centric approach to design, conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform product decisions and enhance the user experience
2. Confidently run interviews with clients to identify pain points, for usability testing or to gather feedback on specific features
3. Run and facilitate design workshops for collaborative ideation
4. Work closely with the product team to translate product requirements and user needs into innovative design concepts and solutions
5. Prototype at various levels of fidelity, including rapid AI prototyping
6. Define and design intuitive user interactions
7. Evolve and maintain the information architecture of the platform
8. Work closely with Engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure high-quality implementation
9. Make sure the product is usable by people with varying abilities
10. Evolve, consolidate, and maintain our design system
11. Present your solutions and communicate design rationale to internal teams, our customers, and stakeholders at all levels
We'd really like to hear from you, if you have...
12. At least 5 years in a UX/UI Design and/or Product Design role delivering digital products
13. Experience working in SaaS, Martech, or B2B industries
14. A thorough understanding of user behaviour psychology
15. Experience with HTML, CSS, responsive design, some understanding of React, as well as technical constraints and their impact
16. Proficiency in current design and user testing tools such as Figma, UserTesting, and Maze, as well as emerging AI technologies
17. A solid understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
18. Proven experience using and analysing data in the design process (today we’re using PostHog)
19. An analytical mindset and the ability to rely on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions
20. Previous experience designing for AI-driven applications
21. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
22. The ability to work in both collaborative and highly autonomous environments
