Reporting into our Maidstone office on a hybrid basis, you’ll be responsible for handling new business enquiries from SME clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming SME new business enquiries from first contact to policy inception.
* Provide clear, professional advice to clients on commercial insurance products.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and secure the best outcomes for clients.
* Ensure all activities comply with FCA and company guidelines.
The Person:
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in commercial insurance (SME or similar).
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
