Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support primary schools across Doncaster.
This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with an immediate start for the right candidate.
The Role:
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
* Leading small group interventions to raise attainment
* Providing 1:1 support where required
* Assisting with planning and preparing learning activities
* Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN
* Promoting a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Have recent experience working within a primary school setting
* Be confident leading small group work and interventions
* Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Be proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
