A specialist school in Wolverhampton is seeking a caring, committed, and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. About the Role: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you'll be working with children and young people across Key Stages 1 to 4, many of whom have additional needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or other learning difficulties. Your role will involve supporting behaviour, encouraging emotional regulation, and helping pupils engage with learning in a meaningful way. Each day will bring new challenges and rewards-from guiding pupils through classroom tasks to being a steady, reliable presence when they need it most.
