Our top Nuclear Client is looking for a Senior Cost Specialist to join their team in Reading on a contract basis Our Client has a requirement for a Senior Cost Specialist, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Reading. Must be eligible for SC Clearance (Lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years) Role Purpose: Develop/implement and maintain the Project Baseline Budgets including Control Account Plans/Responsibility Assignment Matrix and WBS Dictionary (SOW) Job Role Responsibilities: Responsible for the monitor, control and validation of project’s accruals and commitments and the control of resource and financial forecast data. Management and control of cost risk budget and drawdown and input into the risk management process. Management and control of financial change management on the project and assurance of alignment with the business/contractual requirements. Provision of internal and external financial performance & cost reports including earned value and variation analysis Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Must have CSCS / ECS card Regulated industry experience preferred Eligible for SC Clearance Benefits: Per diem if travelling over 30 miles competetive rate 11 days on - 3 days off Full-time shift work (66 hours) 26 week contract Company information At First Recruitment Group we understand just how important it is to secure the right people.
