Role Highlights
* Position: Business Architect
* Location: London (Hybrid working model – Office & Home)
* Salary: Up to £100,000 + bonus + benefits (dependant on experience)
What You’ll do:
* Design and develop comprehensive business architecture strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.
* Provide expert consulting services to clients, strategic advice and actionable insights to drive business transformation.
* Advise and verbally deliver operating model centric strategies and solutions.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and develop detailed business cases.
* Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in management consulting, with a focus on financial services or insurance.
* Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
* Strong experience in developing and implementing business architecture frameworks and strategies.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
* Success in managing large-scale projects, including scope, timeline, and resource management.
* Familiarity with relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CBAP, or PMP are advantageous.
* Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
