Madisons Recruitment is recruiting an experienced and proactive ANPR Surveyor/Project Manager to support our growing ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) programme. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) is based in Huddersfield, with travel to construction and retail sites across the UK required up to 60% of the time. A full driving licence and a personal vehicle insured for business use are essential. This position is ideal for someone with a “can-do” attitude, strong knowledge of the construction industry, and a firm understanding of health & safety and CDM regulations.
Flexibility is offered, depending on the role.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end survey process for ANPR camera installations.
2. Conduct on-site surveys to assess suitable power sources, cable routes, and optimal camera placements.
3. Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to define project objectives and deliverables.
4. Maintain accurate survey records and ensure all documentation is reviewed and approved prior to distribution.
5. Support project planning, execution, and reporting.
Requirements
* Experience in ANPR, CCTV, and/or electrical systems is essential.
* Educated to degree level or HNC/HND (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and CDM regulations.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (insured for business use).
* Valid CSCS card (Black, Gold, or White).
* Excellent IT, communication, and time management skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
