Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in St Andrews for a Booking Admin Assistant. The Booking Admin Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks, answering phones, and providing clerical support. The role involves daily communication with guests, managing bookings, and offering exceptional customer service. The assistant will also handle executive administrative assistance tasks and support the team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills

* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in administration or hospitality management preferred
