To support the finance team with all payroll transactional tasks in order to ensure that staff are paid correctly and that all legal obligations are met. In addition to payroll duties this role will also have a secondary responsibility of providing advice, support including administrative in order to enable the delivery of a professional, value adding HR service. You will be passionate and committed to contributing to the overall performance and success of the business.

Responsibilities
·Ownership for both payroll and HR inboxes, responding and actioning where appropriate or flagging to appropriate colleague or manager
·To ensure the accurate recording, maintenance and updating of databases and filing systems and to always ensure confidentiality and secure storage.
·Placing job adverts, collating CVs and providing administrative support to sites where required.
* Updating Job Advert and Job Descriptions as advised by IHR or People Business Partner
* Maintaining all job boards and ensure that all adverts as directed are uploaded and advertised in a timely manner
* Liaising with Hiring Managers to confirm necessary details
* Liaising with candidates to confirm interview details & outcomes
·To be responsible for the end to end processing of documentation relating to the starters, leavers, maternity leave, absence and contract amendments ensuring that pay is correct
·To provide all necessary information and documentation to the payroll provider
·To provide support to sites in regard to all HR administrative procedures and to answer general HR queries, ensuring that they receive appropriate guidance about policies, procedures and processes.
·To set up and maintain spreadsheets or to access other systems and perform data analysis as required.
·Build relationships with managers at all levels and develop a good understanding of their work
·Build effective relationships with key counterparts in central support teams to provide a joined up approach for operational stakeholders
·Provide administrative support to both HR and payroll teams
·Provide support in people management meetings by taking minutes as directed by Head of HR
