Job Description
Leading commercial delivery of a £60m New Build Student Accommodation project as the Quantity Surveyor based in Bath.
Managing subcontractor procurement and packages for the Bath student accommodation development.
Overseeing cost reporting and forecasting as the Quantity Surveyor supporting the commercial team on the Bath project.
Driving value engineering and cost control throughout the lifecycle of the New Build Student Accommodation scheme in Bath.
Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the Quantity Surveyor role supports successful delivery of the Bath development.
Skills / Qualifications
Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Management professional with experience in construction projects.
Proven experience delivering New Build projects as a Quantity Surveyor within the Bath, Somerset or wider South West region.
Strong commercial management and subcontractor procurement skills gained as a Quantity Surveyor on major construction schemes.
Experience working for a Main Contractor in a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Surveyor role.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as a Quantity Surveyor supporting project delivery in Bath.
