Customer Development Manager (CDM)
As one of HEINEKEN's Customer Development Managers, you will be responsible for growing HEINEKEN's presence across a variety of outlets—from community locals to trendsetting bars—by working closely with customers to boost brand visibility and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
* Deliver volume, revenue, profit, and market share targets.
* Negotiate and execute commercial agreements.
* Offer insight-driven category and ranging advice.
* Understand customer P&Ls and support business growth.
* Strengthen HEINEKEN's presence in Swansea and West Wales.
* Align with major marketing activations (Champions League, Rugby Champions Cup, UEFA Women's Euros, Formula 1).
Qualifications
* Commercial drive and strong relationship-building skills.
* Frontline sales or commercial experience.
* Comfortable with numbers, pricing, and P&Ls.
* Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
* Energetic, empathetic, and collaborative spirit.
* Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
* Full UK driving licence required (at least 3 months of professional driving experience preferred; full on-road driver training will be provided).
* Love pubs (nice to have).

Salary: £37,000 – £47,000 base, depending on experience, plus full benefits. Contract: Permanent.
