Job Title: Business Analyst - Securitization & Credit Risk (Core Banking)
Location: London/Knutsford
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Asset Securitization and Credit Risk reporting. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, driving data-focused initiatives across multiple platforms.

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the product backlog for securitisation initiatives
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders (CME), data engineering, and architecture teams
* Drive delivery across Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and enterprise platforms (FDP/EDP)
* Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure Agile delivery
* Validate UAT outputs, identify risks, and ensure high data quality
Required Qualifications
* Strong understanding of Asset Securitisation lifecycle and SPV structures
* Knowledge of transaction data flow & cash settlements (daily/monthly)
* Experience in Credit Risk reporting, RWA calculation & Basel II
* Familiarity with ESMA reporting (Annex 1,2,3,7)
* Hands‑on experience in SQL, data mapping & reconciliation
* Expertise in Data Governance, CDE identification & Data Quality checks
* Strong stakeholder management and data architecture understanding
Good‑to‑Have Skills
* Knowledge of Mortgage, Loan, and Credit Card product data
* Familiarity with ABS Suite or EURO ABS Credit Risk reporting
