As an Account Manager, you’ll plan and organise customer visits, booking appointments with Branch Managers, trade counter staff, and retail assistants to showcase stunning kitchen and bathroom products. * As Account Manager, you will manage exisiting relationships with builders merchants, showrooms and distributors - managing relationships with branch managers, trade counter assistants and other in store stake holders. * Using your relationship building skills, you will influence customers to take a wider bredth of products - upselling and cross selling Key responsibilities include: * Expanding market share and building on business opportunities within your area. * Maintaining strong organisational skills to meet customer expectations, targets, and deadlines. * Demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness to create a competitive advantage. * Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Using sound business judgement, decision-making, and selling skills to drive results. * Providing comprehensive and effective training to customers when appropriate.
