The Role:
The successful candidate will join a busy and well-established team advising on complex energy, utilities, and infrastructure-related property matters. The work includes easements, wayleaves, infrastructure agreements, acquisitions, and disposals. The role also involves client development activities and contributing to the team’s success.
The Candidate:
Applicants should have at least 5+ years PQE, ideally from a recognized regional or national firm. Strong understanding of commercial property law and the ability to handle matters independently are essential. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, along with a solution-focused approach, are preferred.
