Driver Hire Bristol is recruiting on behalf of our client, a national foodservice supplier, for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join their busy Bristol depot.
This is a physically active, customer-facing role delivering frozen, chilled, and ambient goods to food outlets across the South West — and you’ll always be working as part of a 2-man crew, supported by a dedicated porter to assist with deliveries.

The Role:
1. Multi-drop deliveries (typically 8–15 drops/day) to takeaways, restaurants, and shops
2. Products include frozen, chilled, and dry goods
3. Early morning starts (04:00 – 06:00) with finishes typically mid-afternoon
4. Always working in a 2-man crew – you’ll have a porter to help with unloading
5. Use of tail lift, pallet truck, and sack barrow
6. Manual handling required – a hands-on, active role
7. Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays during busy periods

🧰 What You’ll Need:
13. A valid UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence
14. Full CPC and Digital Tachograph card
15. At least 1 year of Class 2 delivery experience preferred
16. Comfortable with manual handling
17. A positive, team-focused attitude and good customer service skills
18. No more than 6 points on your licence (no DD, DR, or IN convictions)
