Job Title: Treasury Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid role with regular travel to the Bradford Office
Salary: Up to £52,840 per annum
Contract: 37.5 hours, Full-Time, Permanent
As Treasury Operations Manager, you will be a key partner to the Head of Treasury—bringing technical expertise, operational leadership and a forward‑thinking approach to how we manage risk, cash, and financial controls.
This is an opportunity to shape how the Group manages its cash balances, strengthens controls, enhances systems, and delivers outstanding treasury service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high-quality records and assist in delivering accurate financial reporting to senior management and other stakeholders on all treasury matters.
* Maintain charged security records and monitor all bank and investor covenants to ensure compliance at all times.
* Uphold the integrity of the treasury management system, identifying opportunities for ongoing improvements.
* Collate and report the Group’s short-term cashflow forecasting. Use working knowledge to support the Financial Planning and Analysis team in the preparation of medium to long-term business plans and budgets.
* Manage the Group’s surplus cash positions in line with approved treasury management policies and strategies.
* Take a lead role in managing the Group’s operational banking requirements. Working with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure effective banking support.
* Utilise advanced Excel skills and IT literacy to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
* Take a proactive approach to providing an efficient and cost-effective treasury service. Innovate and identify solutions which provide an improved service for all stakeholders
* Demonstrate a high degree of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail in all treasury transactions.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need to have/be:
* Part qualified or studying towards AMCT, CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
* Proven experience in maintaining accurate records and working under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse data critically.
* Knowledge of BACS, CHAPS, and computerised corporate banking platforms.
* Previous involvement in financial integration and service improvement projects is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to quickly gain the respect of internal and external stakeholders.
* Proactive and forward-looking, with high standards of performance.

* Ability to influence others on treasury-specific matters.
