You’ll work with pupils aged 4–17 who have autism, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, andmunication challenges, helping them achieve their full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver tailored lessons aligned with EHCP oues.
2. Use specialistmunication aids and strategies.
3. Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families.
4. Foster a safe, nurturing environment that encourages growth.
5. Monitor progress and contribute to review meetings and reports.
What We’re Looking For
6. QTS and experience in SEN or specialist education.
7. Passion for supporting children with additional needs.
8. Resilience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching.
9. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
10. Excellentmunication and teamwork skills.
