Spire Regency Hospital is excited to recruit an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our warm, welcoming, and highly skilled theatre team.

Your role
As an Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner, you will:
1. Scrub for consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries, supporting procedures of varying complexity
2. Assess patients’ health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload
3. Develop and deliver personalised care plans, considering perioperative risks and patient safety
4. Work collaboratively within a high-performing multidisciplinary theatre team, maintaining Spire’s exceptional standards of care
Who we’re looking for
5. HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse
6. Essential: Significant major Orthopaedic Scrub experience
7. Excellent communication and organisational skills
8. Confident working across a multidisciplinary team
9. Motivation to develop further — SFA training fully supported
