DWR Veterinary Specialists are hiring a Client Care Team Associate to join their Reception team. This is a busy role, working alternating weeks of 8am-4pm and 11am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 1 weekend every 4 weeks.
Main Responsibilities
* Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
* Communicating directly with our vets, physiotherapists and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients
* Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices
* Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice
* Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues
* Close collaboration with our Case Management Team regarding client accounts
* Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system.

We accept referrals in Anaesthesia, Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery, Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Emergency and Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Oncology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Physiotherapy and Soft Tissue Surgery.
