Team Leader – Residential Care Home Bank Shifts Available Location: West Molesey, KT8 Hours: Bank (flexible shifts) Hourly Rate: £16.70 – £17.60 per hour Hero Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a respected care provider to recruit experienced Team Leaders for a residential care home in West Molesey. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team environment and play a key role in delivering outstanding, person-centred care. ✨ About the Role As a Team Leader, you will lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants to provide high-quality care and support to residents. You will take responsibility for shift coordination, ensure care plans are followed effectively, and provide hands-on support to maintain a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment. You will be instrumental in promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents.
