Experience required…
Essential:
* UK experience within a public, private or third sector such as a consultant, contractor, Local Authority or Client organisation.
* Self-starter who can take the initiative and can proactively develop new business relationships and drive business development activities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Motivated, highly organised, and diligent.
* A full UK driving licence
* Demonstrable experience of managing people either directly or as part of a project team
* A track record of working in or leading multi-disciplinary engineering design teams.
* Excellent people person skills
* Ability to develop and build mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships (internal design teams, consenting bodies, statutory authorities, key consultees, and government departments)
* High level of commercial awareness and an aptitude for business development
Desirable:
* Business development or recruitment experience
* Staff management including staff welfare and assisting staff career progression
