About this Opportunity
Join Us in Shaping the Future of Conduct & Compliance!
Ready to make a real impact in a high-profile role? We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to join our Regulated Conduct Team—where compliance meets innovation.
This isn’t just any role. You’ll be at the heart of managing our Group’s end-to-end conduct rule breach process, steering key forums, and leading the charge on regulatory reporting. But that’s just the beginning…
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Own the process: Lead the full lifecycle of conduct rule breach management across the Group.
2. Be the voice of governance: Act as Secretary to the Group Conduct Panel and ensure every case is tracked, assessed, and reported with precision.
3. Communicate with clarity: Handle colleague comms, issue outcomes, and respond to queries with confidence.
4. Drive change: Manage regulatory change projects to keep us sharp, compliant, and future-ready.
5. Embrace innovation: 2026 is your year to shine—explore how AI and automation can simplify and supercharge our processes.
6. Collaborate widely: Work with executive offices and business teams to deliver critical outcomes.
7. Lead with insight: Provide tailored, high-quality risk analysis and guidance to senior stakeholders.
8. Inspire others: You may lead a team of risk specialists and step in for senior leaders when needed.
Why Lloyds Banking Group
You’ll be at the forefront of managing a critical colleague process, whilst navigating significant regulatory and process transformation, helping us stay ahead of the curve while making things simpler and smarter. If you love solving complex problems, working with great people, and using tech to make a difference—this is your moment.
What You’ll Bring
9. A solid background in risk, compliance or regulatory practices.
10. A knack for leading change—you’re calm in a storm and great at bringing people along for the ride.
11. A thirst for new knowledge and the ability to work with accuracy in a high paced environment
12. A confidence to challenge the norm and constantly ask the question "Why?"
13. An ability to adopt new technology to enhance and simplify our processes
And any experience of these would be really useful
14. COCON, SYSC22 or FIT experience
15. Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms and in automation tools
