We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and self-motivatedICT Service Desk Officer to join a small and dedicated ICT Team.
The post-holder will be responsible for answering all ICT support desk calls and providing customer-focused, first level supportto users.
We arelooking for someone educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, withexperience supporting users in an ICT environment.
