The Role: As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key part in delivering the Firm's Clients & Sectors strategy, working closely with relationship partners to drive revenue growth, strengthen client engagement, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Supported by a globally diverse Business Development & Marketing (BDM) team, you'll collaborate across the firm to implement best-in-class CRM practices and strategic initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities: Build deep sector knowledge in Healthcare and Life Sciences, understanding market trends and client priorities to position the firm for growth. Work with partners to identify new opportunities through white-space analysis and data-driven insights, focusing on high-value, complex work. Deliver sector-specific business development initiatives and proactive client engagement to strengthen relationships and drive revenue. Manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring effective account planning, cross-selling across practices, and accurate reporting. Analyse market intelligence and client feedback to inform strategies, improve client experience, and support pipeline development. Contribute to winning strategies and high-quality pitch submissions, collaborating on compelling proposals and presentations. Champion best practice in CRM and account management, leveraging Salesforce to track activity and enhance connectivity. Foster strong relationships with partners, sector leaders, and the wider BDM team to deliver seamless, client-focused service. What we're looking for: Proven experience in client development within legal or professional services, ideally with exposure to Healthcare and Life Sciences. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust and collaborate effectively with sector leaders and client teams. Commercial awareness and the ability to quickly develop knowledge of Healthcare and Life Sciences industry trends. Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail across writing, presentations, and reporting. Confidence in using CRM tools and data-driven insights to support account planning and strategic decision-making. A proactive mindset with experience identifying opportunities and contributing to winning new business.
