This is a highly visible, hands on HR role where you will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement and operational excellence across a large, blue-collar workforce. The Role As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with site leadership and operational management to provide proactive HR support in a fast-moving logistics environment.
