About the Role
We’re recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. The role oversees all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Healthcare on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
* Supervise our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
* Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
* Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
* Support and train teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role.
* Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Desired Qualifications
* Passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
* Minimum of two years of catering experience.
* Experience managing teams in a similar role.
* Holder of a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill.
Working Hours
Shift patterns: 5 out of 7 days – 37.5 hours per week.
